Fuel Cell Vehicle is the important direction of the sustainable development of the automotive industry and the ideal scheme to solve the problem of global energy and climate change. Fuel Cell Vehicle’s Vehicle Management System is the core of Fuel Cell Vehicle control unit, and it directly affects the whole performance of Fuel Cell Vehicle. The main research work in this dissertation is hardware and application layer software, relevant test and data analysis of the Fuel Cell Vehicle’s Vehicle Management System.This dissertation is based on the863plan of "Shanghai Automotive of Fuel Cell Vehicle" program during the "Twelfth Five-year Plan" period. First, an important issue for the development of our new energy automobile industry, studies of the Vehicle Management System, the power system theory of Fuel Cell Vehicle, power system integration and control, bring in the design plan of Vehicle Management System. We selected fly think of Carle’32controller MPC5554as the hardware, which also includes the digit input module; digit output module; analog-to-digital conversion module. CAN bus communication module, also thinking about electromagnetic compatibility design and anti-interference.About software, we realized development of low level driver, focused on the vehicle controller application layer program development, upper and lower electricity,driver intention parsing, control motor working mode,driving motor torque control, braking energy feedback control, vehicle energy distribution control, vehicle operation mode, CAN network maintenance and management, fault diagnosis and processing,and so on. Through the ground alignment, drum test, road test and other test can rellect the Vehicle Management System’s performance data and analysis.The debugging results of the whole vehicle controller show that, the Vehicle Management System can achieve the goal of design and realize the control function of vehicle.
