Fuel cell (FC) is an equipment which can translate chemistry power of hydrogen and oxygen to electricity power directly by the electrode response. Because of has the advantages of high efficiency and no nocuous product, fuel cell is recognized the perfect vehicle power device which replaces the traditional internal-combustion engine in the future. Thereforce Fuel Cell Electric Vehicle (FCEV) becomes a best choice of the future environment protect vehicle.In this paper, FCEV is the research target in the Electric Vehicle background. This paper researches the FCEV's power control and engine drive system. The related achievements are shown as follows:Firstly, based on the systematic study and synthetic analysis of the relative literatures home and abroad, in this paper introduces key technologies and developing tendency of EVs and analyzes the style,frame and hardware of FCEV. Based on the analysis, it researches and puts forward the FCEV's power manage and drive control system's frame and introduces PID control arithmetic. In the power manage system, according to the car's work state and accumulator's SOC, this paper establishes high efficiency FCEV's power manage strategy. In the drive control system, this paper synthesizes fuzzy control and PID control arithmetic to control the motor's running with their advantages.Secondly, according to FCEV's power manage and drive control system research, the hardware platform of the system has been set up by taking the ARM processor as the kernel and research the power manage and motor drive's hardware system. Also, based on the ARM controller this paper designs A/D module, CAN communication module , drive module and takes some anti-jamming measure to strengthen the system's stability.Embedded system is the syntheses of computer hardware and software, including embedded processor, correlation hardware, embedded operation system and internet applications. It can be separated two parts, hardware and software. On the hardware, this paper also transplants RTOS. Based on the RTOS and its real time and multitask system, this paper develops FCEV's power manage and drive control system's software.This paper researches FCEV's power manage and drive control system and explores how to design FCEV which is safety, high efficiency and no nocuous product in the current technology. |
