The shipbuilding industry is a mainstream industry related to national defense construction and the national economy. With the development of science and technology and the application of computer technology, the shipbuilding industry is also developing rapidly.Compared with the traditional shipbuilding industry, the information age has quietly changed all walks of life. The shipbuilding industry is gradually moving towards intelligent and greenization under the promotion of information technology.Various advanced computer technologies and intelligent equipment are gradually applied to shipbuilding.Design, construction and construction, completion acceptance, precision control and other stages;production technology and management system realized by automation and intelligence are gradually replacing traditional manpower management, which greatly improves production efficiency and revenue, and reduces errors. The application of information technology and intelligent technology in the shipbuilding industry will determine the pattern of the world shipbuilding industry in the future, improve the application of information technology and intelligent technology in the shipbuilding industry, and accelerate the process of intelligent shipbuilding in China. It is the shipbuilding industry in China that can be based on the world shipbuilding industry. The key to a strong country. The TRIBON/AM system combines hull, armor, painting and information management for both detailed and production design;powerful 3D modeling and interactive functions, independent design modules and full ship data sharing. It makes it fast to use and popular in the global shipbuilding industry. With the development of technology and the requirements of shipbuilding enterprises, the shipbuilding industry no longer satisfies the internal data sharing and exchange with TRIBON/AM system, but hopes to open its data sharing channel to realize data sharing, interaction and transmission between different system architectures. And other functions. However, due to the strong closeness of the internal database of TRIBON/AM system, the common interface between the system and other databases makes it difficult to carry out secondary development. For the shortcomings of TRIBON/AM system,it is meaningful to establish a data integration platform, build a data sharing bridge with other system architectures, and realize data interaction technology with other system architectures. In this context, this paper builds a data integration platform and application based on TRIBON/AM system.Through the research on the data structure, storage method and extraction method of TRIBON/AM system, the data extraction method is used for data extraction, the data integration platform is established based on Access database, and the bridge between it and other architecture systems is realized. Its data is shared between different architecture systems. This paper first studies and analyzes the data structure and database format of TRIBON/AM,briefly describes its data extraction methods and characteristics and completes the data extraction work;analyzes the structural characteristics of the ship model and its components, and determines the data reconstruction scheme of the hull model.Study and analyze the data reconstruction method of hull model, and establish related database and data information table according to the reconstruction scheme.Study and analyze the problems existing in the TRIBON/AM database and the problems encountered in the data extraction process, propose solutions and process and store data.Analyze the data format between different system architectures and design related ports based on the reconstruction database to realize data sharing between TRIBON/AM system and other architecture systems.
