The Research Of Construction Project's Data Integration Platform Based On BIM

In recent years,BIM technology as a new technology in the construction industry,leads the industry's second information technology revolution and has been widely used in the domestic project.BIM technology's application of engineering projects,make the project information expressed by the traditional two-dimensional drawings to be expressed in a three-dimensional model.The components in the 3D model contain all the attribute information,and these information need to be clear expressed by many traditional two-dimensional drawings.And BIM technology is the concept of the whole life cycle of the construction project.It achieves the project's integrated management and work together by linked the various stages and the various parties of the project.BIM technology has many advantages and it develops rapidly in engineering projects.BIM technology achieves the visualization of the construction project implementation process,reduces the error and costs,shortens the duration,greatly enhances the efficiency of project management.And the relevant parties have also increasingly recognized the benefits of BIM technology in the construction process and integration management.But the development of BIM technology is still in the initial stage,although it has been applied and achieved initial success in many construction projects,But BIM technology was dotted distribution in the application of the construction project,has not formed a system of BIM technology application.So the BIM technology still needs to continue research and application,and the BIM technology still has long way to go.This paper studies BIM data management,storage and interaction in the construction phase of the project,based on the IFC standards and database technology.Although it is for the construction phase of the project,but BIM technology is throughout the project life cycle,and the data's inheritance also makes the project implementation stages interrelated and influenced.Therefore,the BIM data management,storage and interaction in the construction phase is a part of the whole BIM system.First of all,this paper describes the development process and content of IFC standard and database.Secondly,this paper analyzed and summarized the BIM data of the construction phase of the project,and describes the functional requirements of data storage and interaction.Finally,this paper lists the existing framework of the IFC data model in Finland and the EDM data model in Norway,and briefly describes the functional requirements of the BIM data integration management framework at the construction stage.This paper provides some ideas for the data storage and interaction of the project construction stage,which has certain theoretical research value and practical significance,and provides a reference for the data management in the subsequent project construction...
