Design And Implementation Of Ship Fault Defects Management System Based On Web

In the era of rapid development of Internet,the integration of Internet in shipping industry will be an important trend in the future.However,due to the lack of information technology in China's shipping industry,the advantages of the Internet can not be fully exploited at present.In the process of daily maintenance of ships,there will be a lot of records of faults and defects,which are often recorded manually by crew members in the fault record book,so that these data information can not be fully utilized.Not only that,because of the manual record,the data can not be effectively shared between the ship and the shore,and there will inevitably be some errors in the record.Therefore,it is necessary to record and utilize fault defect information scientifically.Combining with the current situation of shipping industry,this paper firstly collates some research results of ship maintenance related to this topic,and briefly introduces some related theoretical knowledge of ship maintenance,which serves as the basis for the design of the ship fault management system.Then a set of ship fault defect management system is designed and developed.It mainly includes the following modules:(1)A fault defect input module based on Android is designed.Ship staff can locate and input the faults found during inspection in real time.(2)The background management module of ship fault and defect information based on J2 EE is designed,which can manage the input fault information.(3)A visualization module of ship's three-dimensional fault based on WebGL is designed.The module can display the location of historical fault defects on the ship's three-dimensional model.(4)The module of ship fault defect analysis based on data mining is designed.By mining a large number of fault defect information in the background,some reasonable suggestions can be given for the daily maintenance tasks of ship staff.Based on the efficient and safe operation of ships,this fault management system stores the traditional data of ship faults and defects in the database instead of paper records by using the current advanced Internet technology.It not only realizes the informationization of ship management,but also provides help for staff to deal with faults and defects quickly and accurately.
