This design scheme is based on the main faults existing in the aircraft maintenance process of Changsha Aircraft Repair Company,as well as the trouble management.Firstly,the fault information is collected,counted,sorted.Then use the fault mode analysis method to summarize the information.Finally,simulate the fault management mechanism.After the fault information is comprehensively analyzed,the software platform is designed to perform simple query and diagnosis for similar fault phenomena encountered in the future.The platform is designed to design an intelligent software that can management human fault-based information and determine where it is most likely to fail and how to troubleshoot it.Combine aircraft fault information,analyze the mechanism of aircraft fault occurrence,fault mode and fault phenomenon.Further study and understand aviation equipment fault diagnosis expert system,Lay the theoretical foundation for this soft-platform design.The software platform namely consist of system management,fault management,aircraft types management,aircraft model management,user management and so on.Start with the aircraft type and model,and clarify the various systems of the aircraft at the location where the frequency of the fault occurs frequently,and record the fault phenomenon and the method of fault handling.Using JavaWeb programming,the webpage designs related pages and background running programs,and performs performance testing and running on the software platform.According to the principle of“advanced,reliable,practical,safe,maintainable and expandable”,the system design and development will be carried out.Standardize the collected fault data and set relevant access rights.Each user can share and utilize related information according to the specified authority to ensure the information is safe and controllable.
