The main raw material for self-repairing anti-seepage particles is desert aeolian sand,which accounts for more than 90%.It is a new type of green and environmentally friendly waterproof material that makes extensive use of solid waste(aeolian sand).The self-repairing anti-seepage particles take aeolian sand aggregate particles as carriers,and encapsulate a hydrophobic layer on the outer surface of the carrier by physical or chemical modification,so that the hydrophilic aeolian sand prticles can obtain hydrophobic characteristics,thus bringing the overall hydrophobic effect to the waterproof layer composed of multiple self-repairing anti-seepage particles.In this paper,the development and research status of building waterproofing materials at home and abroad,especially the research and application status of impervious particles,are analyzed based on the literature.Based on the rapid determination method,organosilicon powder,aldehyde and ketone resin,pure acrylic emulsion,silicone oil em ulsion,polyethylene wax emulsion,paraffin emulsion,polysiloxane powder,PE wax,PVC powder,PP powder,chlorinated polyethylene,LLDPE powder,and ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer are modifiers.The wate-repellent modifiers which have been successfully modified by experiments are organosilicon powder,polysiloxane powder and PE wax.Based on the research and analysis of the anti-seepage performance testing equipment of the existing waterproof materials,the experimental principle of the self-repairing anti-seepage particle anti-seepage performance testing equipment was determined,and the structural design,research and preparation.In accordance with the comparation and analysis of the experiments,the air pump boosted,multi-concave sealed container and other solutions finally produced a special test equipment and test method that can meet the tests of self-repairing anti-seepage particle anti-seepage performance.On the basis of selecting three kinds of waterproofing modifiers,organosilicon powder,polysiloxane powder and PE wax,the experiments were designed to change some influencing factors,such as the different modifier types,modifier dosage,reaction temperature,stirring time,aggregate particles size and anti-seepage particle thickness.The anti-seepage performance of self-repairing anti-seepage particles was tested and analyzed by self-made anti-seepage performance testing equipment in order to determine each influence rules and obtain the optimal preparation conditions of three self-repairing anti-seepage particles.The anti-seepage height of the self-repairing anti-seepage particles prepared with organosilicon powder,polysiloxane powder,and PE wax,reached 367 mm,633 mm and 531 mm respectively.The experimental research and analysis of heat resistance,low temperature resistance and heat aging resistance of the three self-repairing anti-seepage particles were carried out.The experimental results show that the self-repairing anti-seepage particles of polysiloxane powder have the best heat resistance,the retention rate of impermeability at 105 ? for 7h is 100%;the low temperature resistance is best,and the conservation rate at-25? for 4 h is 100%;the heat aging resistance is the best,and conservation rate at 80? for 12 days is 100%.The polysilox ane powder powder self-repairing anti-seepage particles have good heat resistance,low temperature resistance and heat aging resistance,and can be applied to roof waterproof engineerings.Through the analysis of the existing roof anti-seepage structure,the roof anti-seepage structu re of self-repairing anti-seepage particles is formed:the leveling layer,the self-repairing anti-seepage particle waterproof layer,the separation layer and the protective layer.The polysiloxane powder powder self-repairing anti-seepage particles were used as the waterproof layer material,and the anti-seepage performance of the anti-seepage structure was evaluated by laboratory simulation research.The test results show that the waterproof layer construction scheme with multiple anti-seepage features has good anti-seepage effect,and no leakage occurs after 24 hours of water storage.
