Research On Improvement Of Maintenance Emergency Management Of Shenzhen Metro Equipment Based On Mobile Internet

With the continuous development of social economy,the construction of urban rail transit in China is accelerating.Because of its convenience,punctuality and efficiency,subway has become an important choice for people to travel.The demand for metro operation is increasing,and the emergency management of metro equipment maintenance is particularly important.In addition,because the emergency maintenance of metro equipment has the characteristics of sudden,uncertain,emergency and comprehensive and systematic,it requires real-time and rapid response of emergency repair.However,in the traditional metro equipment maintenance management,due to the limitations of equipment,personnel,communication and so on,it is impossible to achieve rapid response after emergency.With the rapid development of mobile Internet technology,this paper applies mobile Internet technology to the emergency management of metro equipment maintenance in order to achieve real-time,fast and efficient emergency rescue.Taking Shenzhen Metro as an example,this paper makes an in-depth study on the emergency management of equipment maintenance in Shenzhen Metro.Based on the analysis of the status quo of equipment maintenance in Shenzhen Metro from the aspects of organizational structure,division of responsibilities,classification of emergencies,information release and emergency repair process,the main factors affecting equipment maintenance emergency management are obtained.Secondly,the managers at all levels of the maintenance center who understand the essence of the problem are surveyed,and the data of the investigation results are analyzed.The improvement strategies of Shenzhen Metro equipment maintenance emergency management based on mobile Internet are put forward,such as information push based on mobile terminal,optimization of emergency path by positioning function,real-time grasp of all kinds of personnel information through mobile terminal,and refinement.In order to improve the efficiency of equipment maintenance and emergency management,quasi-arranging personnel emergency rescue,using the information system fuzzy search function to achieve the sharing of emergency materials and so on.Based on the improvement of the emergency management of Shenzhen Metro equipment maintenance based on the mobile internet,it guides the establishment of the emergency management platform of Metro equipment maintenance and realizes the informationized management of personnel,materials,emergency repair records and so on.On the theoretical level of metro operation management,this paper provides new ideas and research perspectives,which has important theoretical significance.Secondly,this paper puts forward a new plan for emergency management of metro equipment maintenance,which can control the time of emergency repair of equipment failure,allocate personnel and materials reasonably,improve the efficiency of emergency repair,and enhance the level of emergency management of metro equipment maintenance.It has a very special practical significance for ensuring the safe operation of metro.
