The operation and maintenance(O&M)of equipment is the premise to ensure the construction of high-quality safe operation.Large-scale construction equipment system is complex,the traditional rely on two-dimensional drawings and documentation with Excel table for system maintenance management mode has been unable to adapt to the fine,information management needs.The rapid development of the Building information model(BIM) technology has been extended from the large-scale application of the design stage to the construction and(O&M)phases,the applications of BIM in whole building life cycle has been coming.The characteristics and advantages of BIM itself has the perfect fit the needs of many equipment(O&M)management,make the equipment operating institutions can fully grasp all the information,easy to deal with an emergency and further enhance the management level.Based on the analysis of the present large construction equipment(O&M)management status quo and to integrate the theory of equipment management,this paper puts forward the application of BIM technology and mobile interconnection technology to daily equipment(O&M)management and make the feasible technical solutions.First,using Revit to establish the building equipment model which has a high degree of visualization and information completeness,based on this model and IFC standard development of building equipment model online service system to achieve the building equipment model three-dimensional visual browsing interaction under Web GL.Secondly,with Omni Class encoding system as reference,the classification and coding standard of the equipment system suitable for this study are formulated.Through the classification and coding system to gives the only identification for all equipment,and establish the mapping relationship with the background equipment(O&M)management database to realize the interconnection between building equipment model and(O&M)management database.Finally,through the development of programming,BIM-based construction equipment(O&M)management system is established,and the integration of equipment(O&M)management system in mobile intelligent terminal is realized,and the application efficiency of the system in practical engineering is demonstrated.On the basis of making full use of BIM information integration and visualization,combining with the actual management and application requirements,this thesis introduces the mobile interconnection technology,make the equipment operational information transfer more timeliness,equipment operational information view more intuitive,changed the traditional mode of equipment operational management,is conducive to produce more scientific management system.
