Application Study On Engineer Manager Of Automotive Seat Belt Line Improvement

With more competitor and quality requirement,High quality improvement of line plays an important role in the enterprise operation.The high quality improvement can reduce labor and management cost,improve quality and manager lever.A successful enterprise must have a modern system of line improvement.Under the background of more competition,K company faces many problems included pressure of cost,high quality requirement,be short of new technology,high labor cost,High staff turnover.So K Company need improve the production line.It’s more difficultly to do line improvement;there are several difficult points on the method,tools and result evaluation of improvement.This thesis collects the world class manager of line improvement.Use Systematic analysis method,tease out tools such as(lean,automation,MES)and combine the background of K Company.We use lean tools(line balance,SMED,POKAYOKE)to improve the line;Build a method to evaluate automation plan.Use FPAML to guide the development of automation line.Write digital production control software based on seatbelt of K Company.Get a management system include procedure,database and technic requirement.After using the manager system on the seatbelt plant,there were great changes on cost reduction,quality improvement.At the same time K Company Developed new self-owned intellectual property rights software about line control.
