Partial load based on load balance system in the development of driving system with miniaturization,low noise,high speed,high reliability of aero engine,torque transmission technology in aviation reducer by widespread concern.Torque transmission technology can simplify the transmission system structure,reduce the transmission weight and greatly improve the transmission system reliability.But the high reliability must be built on a twisting,if not solve the torque transmission gear load sharing problem,resulting in the gear,the gear strength is not enough and broken damaged,reliability is greatly reduced.Because of this,the aviation reducer torque transmission load sharing characteristics of analysis and research has important practical significance.This article first points of the helicopter main reducer torque transmission technology of the twisted definitions,drive helicopter technology and its main reducer main selection methods,twisting systems and uneven load and its principle are detailed discussed.Then considering the bearing stiffness,mesh stiffness,manufacturing and installation errors on points twist gear train are performance impact,on the basis of establishing system load factor,the calculation method of dynamic load coefficient and system static model and dynamic model,the final by solving equations of MATLAB main parameters influence points twist gear train are rules and relation curve of load performance.On the above analysis,the paper puts forward a new type of double elastic torsion shaft gear structure used to twist gear train load,through the simulation calculation and contrast analysis to obtain satisfactory results.Finally,through the twisted shrinkage than drive test a dynamic test to verify the related research work,the more scientific in load test results and engineering practical data,for the future helicopter main reducer points twist transmission system load balance and the improvement of working reliability provides design basis.
