With guiding of china's “one belt one road” strategy to Chinese manufacture enterprises,chinese electric power welcoming new opportunity and challenge.Additionally,on the basis of nation's function transformation,it is imperative to construct modern energy system of clean,high efficient,safe and reliable.Under this background,nuclear power became the new growth point for electric devices enterprises' development as new generation of clean and high-efficient energy.Shanghai turbine plant is the first turbine plant unit since new china established,its electric equipment always walking in the forefront in nuclear power manufacture domestically,and one million class nuclear power turbine plant is a new profit growth point exactly.Nuclear turbine plant,especially one million class nuclear turbine plant has feature of large volume,heavy weight,complex structure,difficult production and so on.Especially nuclear power high pressure outer cylinder brings challenge to production safety sue to experienced many times of hoisting and turning over.On this basis,the subject regarded safety of vertical lifting and lifting process of nuclear power high pressure outer cylinder as research object.Firstly,the subject concluded research status of nuclear development at home and hoisting safety through reading reference.Secondly,it introduced turning over and hoisting process of nuclear power high pressure outer cylinder,applied accidents tree analysis method established accident tree of nuclear power high pressure outer cylinder turning over hoisting process,through analysis to accidents tree,it classified three aspects of people,things,technique and plan according to safety,and it introduced dynamic simulation analysis method during the analysis process of technical and plan's safety,and got important index during the process of hoisting,analyzed and got unsafe elements of cylinder lifting technology and plan.Finally it proposed improve method in orientating safety evaluation's conclusion,and improved cylinder lifting method through dynamic simulation method,and evaluated its safety,verify it through practical operation and make efficient improvement to safety of nuclear power high pressure outer cylinder turning over hoisting.
