The hoisting machinery is the indispensable production equipment in the modern production process,and it is playing vital role in the economic development. However the hoisting machinery actually is a kind of special equipment with most danger factors and biggest accident probability. A mass of accidents were caused by the hoisting machinery, and they have Created the massive property damage and person hurt.Hoisting mechanism is one of four mechanism in the hoisting machinery,It charged with the articles of upgrading and location of the transfer,It is the most frequent use mechanism in the hoisting machinery. In major accident about the hoisting machinery at home or abroad,A large proportion of accident caused by Hoisting mechanism,for example Tieling Steel Plant accident in Liaoning province. Carried out a lot of research at home and abroad,and achieved fruitful results,to reduce accidents caused by crane has played a positive role.This paper Aiming at Crane hoisting mechanism for use in the process of easily failure,And calculating the reliability of the entire system very difficulties,a formula used to calculating Fuzzy Probability was deduced according to the Reliability Theory and Fuzzy Theory,Use the Access database powerful storage capacity,easy access and use of a wide range of features,A kind of software was developed to Calculating the Reliability of crane hoisting mechanism based on software VC++ . Different kind of Reliability for crane hoisting mechanism can be achieved from the reliability calculation software,also record,which provide valuable data sources for future studies,can be achieved.The reliability analysis software of Hoisting mechanism not only can estimate the reliability of hoisting mechanism with different tonnage,different types (single hoisting mechanism,double hoisting mechanism),different series (standard,non-standard),different scrapped standard (In accordance with the time spent,In accordance with the standards scrapped) and different working parameters,but also can obtain the reliability report (The cut set at the end of the incident,and The failure probability of the end incident) about the hoisting mechanism,practical ways and means are provided for single type and double type hoisting mechanism's the reliability of assessment,its application scope is widespread. It has abandoned the massive investments of traditional inspection method of hoisting machinery, and can offer a good scene inspection method for Special equipments. It is obvious that it has huge economic efficiency and social efficiency,and can offer technical support to dynamic supervision of special equipments.
