Research On Inventory Optimization Of Strategic Materials For Maintenance And Repair Enterprises In Automobil Retail Enterprises

With the development of the world economy,the effective delivery of information flow and the continuous improvement of the logistics program are driving the changes of the times.Demand forecasting,Karljic matrix,economic order quantity,JIT,supply chain model and so on,make logistics cost gradually reduce,and bring more profit space for enterprise.For a collection of vehicle sales,spare parts supply,maintenance services,customer service information feedback in a 4S shop,how in the increasingly fierce competition in the car market occupies a position,how to use the limited resources,create more profits,is a very serious problem.Analysis of the current status of X-4S shop maintenance parts by this paper,then use the maintenance of classification of Karljic matrix,and introduce the inventory control strategy of corresponding maintenance,sales volume through the historical data maintenance component analysis,economic order point R and standard deviation calculation method of calculation and prediction of strategic materials-oil.The last batch order through economic model analysis,and calculate the economic order quantity value,select the appropriate inventory control strategy,optimize enterprise inventory setting.This paper is based on the demand forecast,EOQ model and inventory control strategy theory research,hope to scientific methods and optimization of automobile maintenance parts inventory settings,reduce inventory costs,improve corporate profits,improve the operating conditions of enterprises.
