With the continuous progress and development of aviation technology,China’s aviation manufacturing industry has entered the stage of self-development from the stage of introduction and imitation.In particular,the successful first flight of the C919 large passenger aircraft on May 5,2017,marks China’s aviation industry has entered a new era.Aerospace standard parts companies will also usher in new opportunities and challenges.With the gradual liberalization of the aviation market,it is required that aviation standard parts enterprises further reduce costs in meeting customer needs.And the material dependency characteristics of aviation standard parts products make raw material inventory management the focus of compression costs.According to the warehouse management theory,combining the characteristics of the industry,optimizing the inventory control mode of the existing raw materials is an urgent problem for aviation standard parts enterprises.Therefore,this article studies the issue of inventory control of raw materials in the aviation standard parts industry.The main research contents are as follows:First of all,an overview of the aviation standard parts industry,a detailed analysis of the characteristics of raw materials inventory and existing problems,and summarizes the management requirements of raw material inventory,and puts forward two-phase inventory control solutions,and elaborates the superiority of this idea.Secondly,a raw material classification-evaluation method combining fuzzy assessment and data envelopment(DEA)is proposed,and differentiate qualitative classification indexes and quantitative classification indicators,quantify qualitative indicators,and determine the input-output indicator system.On this basis,the ABC classification model based on DEA is constructed and the model is solved using MATLAB.Third,based on the classification results,analyze the characteristics and management requirements of Class A raw materials and Class B raw materials.(r,Q)replenishment strategy with a random lead time is proposed for Class A raw materials,and(r,Q)replenishment model and(r,Q)replenishment model that takes into consideration random fluctuations in raw material prices are constructed;The(t,S)replenishment strategy and JIT replenishment strategy for the B-type raw materials with the demand rate as a random variable are proposed,and the(t,S)replenishment model and the JIT replenishment model are constructed separately.The cost-benefit analysis and comparison of the two models yields the conclusion that the demand is the decision variable.Finally,the research results are applied to aerospace standard parts enterprises.Ten kinds of raw material application classification model and inventory control model are selected.Analysis of application results shows that the research ideas and research methods of this paper have feasibility and practical application value. |
