| With the rapid development of global economy,China has become a manufacturing power.With the fierce competition in the market,the needs of customers are also diversified,customized high-end intelligent equipment manufacturing has gradually become an important indicator to measure the comprehensive national strength.However,China’s customized intelligent equipment is still at the lower reaches of the global economic value chain,how to improve the positioning of China’s customized intelligent equipment in the global economic value chain is extremely urgent.Tianhua Company is a high-end intelligent customized chemical equipment manufacturing enterprises,with the "One Belt And One Road" initiative put forward by General Secretary Xi,it’s springtime for the development of enterprises,all aspects of the indicators have shown a good development trend,but the inventory management still follows the extensive experience management mode,the raw material inventory accounts for more than 60% of the total inventory.Problems such as weak management ability of suppliers,high inventory of raw materials and unreasonable structure are becoming more and more prominent.The unreasonable inventory structure not only occupies a large amount of the enterprise’s working capital,reduces the capital turnover rate,increases the enterprise’s product,management and opportunity cost,but also covers up many problems of enterprise management and hinders the rapid development of enterprises seriously.This article firstly introduces the existing external environment for manufacturing enterprises of intelligent high-end customized equipment as well as the main problems in the raw materials inventory management in the Tianhua Company Measurement & Control Institute.Then it proposes the research significance,research ideas and research methods,based on the traditional inventory management theory and the theory of supply chain inventory management.Combined with the enterprise actual situation,this article carries out a systematic and scientific analysis on these existing issues in the enterprise of raw materials inventory management,and meanwhile sums up the specific reason for the raw materials inventory management problems.Considering above actual problems,it provides suggestive optimization of ideas,objectives and principles for its inventory management of raw material.In addition,it also makes a design of optimization strategy from the classification management design of raw materials,the demand forecasting optimization of raw materials,the regular purchases of raw materials,quantitative ordering optimization of raw materials,the optimization of joint inventory management and the optimize of supplier inventory management.Furthermore,it discusses from three aspects such as strengthening supplier management,strengthening inventory management knowledge and strengthening inventory management performance,while the specific protection measures are put forward.Finally,the expected effect of the optimization measures of raw material inventory management is summarized.Those inventory management problems of raw materials in the Tianhua Company Measurement & Control Institute are the common features among the current domestic small and medium-sized equipment manufacturing enterprise.This paper makes an analysis and research on the optimization problems of inventory management of raw materials in the Tianhua Company Measurement & Control Institute,which is not only helpful to improve the disadvantages that exist in the enterprise inventory management,but also conducive to providing significant reference for other small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises. |
