Study On Risk Management Of Virtual Team Model In Automotive Electronics R&D Project

Virtual team model is becoming a popular model in multinational organizations as a result of the globalization of R&D.This model brings new challenges to risk management in automotive electronics projects.It can be risk or opportunity which depends on the way how you looking at it.In a successful project the risk management takes a key role that help to reduce and avoid the losses from risk sources.The risk in virtual team has a new feature that communication risk turns into a main conflict.This paper tells a real project that includes listing the risks,taking qualitative and quantitative analysis,classifying the risks and giving kinds of measures to fix them.All these actions ensured the success of the whole project.This paper shows an example about how to combine the risk management theory and practice.The experience really works in my job and may bring some hints to others in some similar projects.
