In the past few decades,the civil aviation industry in the continuous development of civil aircraft also put forward new demands.Large aircraft is a highly complex system,involving a number of areas.The design update requires a lot of time and resources,and digital design based on the aircraft functional design method,the goal is through software for digital design,thereby enhancing the aircraft design Efficiency,to ensure the reliability and comprehensiveness of the functional logic,and to reduce the design cost of the aircraft as much as possible.In this paper,a design method of digital design based on functional analysis is proposed,and the functional model of the aircraft is more reliable by constant iteration.In the conceptual design phase of the aircraft and the combination of flight tasks on the relationship between the functions of the establishment of a more sophisticated analysis model,in order to get a clear and comprehensive functional network.What’s more,the functional model adds the pilot model of aviation safety quantification.The safety problems caused by human factors are minimized in the functional design of the aircraft.This thesis mainly includes the following aspects: establishing the functional network of the aircraft based on the functional analysis method;building a dynamic aircraft model,and designing the auxiliary control model;Combining the aircraft model with the aircraft model;Designed a scalable functional model for the next detailed design phase of the digital design laid the foundation.At last,taking the functional model of aircraft in taking-off phase as an example to verify the validity of the functional model and the feasibility of digital design.The results show that the method proposed in this paper can continuous improve the function model in constant iteration and quantitatively analyze the impact of each function on aircraft performance.
