As the expression form of product’s internal elements and the relationship between them,concept structure can help designers master the current state of technology system.Through the concept structure,designers can find the deficiencies of existing products,and make corresponding modifications to improve products,and enhance the product’s competitiveness.However,intelligent products have the characteristics of both physical domain and information domain.Therefore,when designers develop intelligent products with the help of concept structure,how to fully display the intelligent product’s compositions and the interaction between them becomes the key problem that designers need to solve.Meanwhile,how to make use of the concept structure of intelligent product to find its deficiencies and give the corresponding solutions is also a problem that designers need to solve.For the problems to be solved in the concept structure design of intelligent products,the TRIZ function model is introduced and extended to solve relevant issues.Then,based on the characteristics of intelligent products,the construction process of the concept structure is put forward.After the construction of the concept structure,it is analyzed from different aspects to find out the product deficiencies,and analogy design is used to solve them.Finally,the method proposed by this paper is verified by the sweeping robot.The main contents of this paper include:(1)The TRIZ function model is extended under the guidance of digital twin.Based on the information attributes of digital twin,the TRIZ function model is extended in terms of component type,interaction form to increases the model’s expression form.(2)Based on the extended TRIZ function model,the construction process of the concept structure of intelligent product is proposed.The modular definition of intelligent product is given to identify the target object of the proposed method.Based on its adaptive attributes,the intelligent product is described from the perspective of digital twin to determine the idea of the concept structure’s construction.Meanwhile,under the guidance of the five-dimension digital twin model,the concept structure of intelligent product is built by the extended TRIZ function model to comprehensively display the intelligent product from the aspects of physical domain and information domain.(3)The analysis method for concept structure and the relevant problem solving process are put forward.Based on the concept structure constructed by the extended TRIZ function model,this paper analyzes the concept structure from the aspects of object,environment and users to find out the deficiencies of existing intelligent product.Then,the analogy design method is used to solve the corresponding deficiencies.And the concept structure of intelligent product is modified to guide the subsequent design process.(4)The proposed method is verified by the sweeping robot.Based on the extended TRIZ function model,the concept structure of the sweeping robot is built and its current state is expressed.In addition,the concept structure of the sweeping robot is analyzed from the aspects of the object,environment and users to find the potential deficiencies.And the analogy design is used to solve these deficiencies.Finally,based on the corresponding solution,the concept structure of the sweeping robot is improved.
