Research On The Planning And Design Of Environmental-friendly RV Campground

RV travel is one of the most important ways for people to travel.In the United States,Western Europe and other developed countries and regions,the positive influence by the traditional concept,legal policy,economic development,infrastructure,RV ownership is very high,RV campground construction is very mature and RV campground activities related to the organization is very frequent and fruitful.The total economic level in mainland China has ranked second in the world,the middle class size of nearly 200 million,RV travel is a huge potential market size,but in ROC,RV campground construction is far behind the developed countries and even in Taiwan.With the support of relevant policies,laws and regulations and increasing of middle income groups,the tourism market in mainland Chinese car will grow at a future time point blowout,it needs to study-Camp-prospective carrier on the RV journey.Camp planning management experienced hard time in western countries and had bad effects to the ecological environment,the local community.Currently China environmental governance is highly sensitive and China is attaching great importance to all types of construction projects that could probably influent the ecological environment.So this research will have important significance for RV campground planning and construction.This paper use Case Comparison and other commonly used research methods.Firstly,combined with relevant data at home and abroad and experience,introduces the related concepts of environmental friendly car parks and related indicators,the paper discussed the ecological environment friendly car parks planning and design of the urgency and necessity.The second part,through the analysis of the environment caused several wellknown domestic car camping in the operation of practical problems,analyzed the existing problems in the planning and design stage of the car parks and adverse impact on the practice.Faced with these problems,this study actively planning cases are friendly to the environment in the third part,process,contents and methods of advanced design cases through key analysis,obtained the beneficial experience for reference.Therefore,in the fourth part,this paper summarizes the planning and design process of environmentally friendly RV camping site,the tasks of the planning phase,the design stage and main content,the special design and content,and related indicators.The fifth part is to combine the design concept,process,method and content of environment-friendly camping area with specific case,and through practice to disprove and revise the aforementioned research results.Finally,the conclusions of this study and the future confidence and expectation of the planning and design of environmentally friendly RV camping sites are obtained.No matter the theory,the practice and the method,it will play a positive role in the theoretical research and practical development of the Chinese RV camping in the future.The main conclusions of this study include:(1)systematically combs the environmental problems and risks in the development of the car camping camps,as well as the main contradictions in the planning and construction of the environment-friendly campgrounds in China: the lack of institutional standards,the campers and the planning designers Existing problems,planning and design process imperfect and noncompliance,professional design for the lack of environmentally friendly considerations,the disclosure of these problems is the first time.(2)The concept of environment-friendly car camp is a comprehensive consideration of the impact of the camp after the construction of the operation of the environment,and will meet the ecological,environmental,natural resources,native land interests of the friendly concept into the car camping.Its characteristics mainly include less or no negative impact on the environment,human resources can be recycled resources,can adapt to the local natural and cultural characteristics and has a variety of inclusive features.(3)The process of planning and design of environment-friendly RV camps includes five main stages: investigation and study,design,overall design,detailed design and construction design.In each design process,the environment-friendly factors should be taken into account and The negative impact on the environment after operation.(4)The main contents of planning and design of environment-friendly car campground include space layout,development strategy,such as campsite location,ecological capacity,living environment capacity and psychological capacity,such as comprehensive environmental capacity,uniform development type,radiation type and spindle linear layout,Waste gas,waste water,waste residue and other waste treatment,plant design and education design and so on.(5)The main contents of the planning and design of the environmentfriendly RV campground are based on the experience and lessons of Wuhu Longshan project in East China,and the empirical method is used to reproduce the background investigation,Layout,animal and plant protection,soil water resources protection,waste recycling,renewable energy use planning and design of the application of environmentally friendly concept.The innovation of this research is that the problem of planning and design,the method,the content and the related practice of the car camping land under the environment-friendly framework are put forward for the first time.The empirical research method is used to obtain the information,the research and analysis,the lessons learned,Investigation of design and case of car park camping.This kind of research method is a very effective research method in the research of methodology,which can summarize the problems and experiences through the case,and then get the theoretical solution,then put the solution into the case of the effectiveness of the method of proof,Thus the method is used continuously in this paper.The results of this study may provide a way for researchers in other similar directions to provide a method for planning and design of RV camps.However,due to the limited information collected,limited access to foreign language channels and limited personal knowledge of the author,So that future researchers are expected to go deep into the domestic and foreign car camping line,get more reliable and reliable first-hand information from the campers’ ideas and behavior,government thinking,restrictive laws and regulations and environmental action facing the reality of a dilemma,To make more detailed results,which can promote the domestic environmentfriendly car camping to build their own strength.
