| The high-density development of cities and the accelerated modernization process have rapidly degraded the natural landscape, depriving children of the opportunity to contact nature, causing urban children to suffer from Nature-deficit Disorder. For children, exposure to nature in the early stages of life not only contributes to a healthy balance of bodily functions, but also enables them to establish a stronger connection with their surroundings and exercise their ability to perceive life.As children’s physical functions have not yet matured, their mobility and range of activities have certain limitations,so the community has become an important way for them to obtain natural resources.Creating a landscape space with healing properties in urban communities is the most direct and effective way to alleviate the problems of urban residents, especially children, such as stress overload, attention fatigue and physical function degradation. In the Restorative Environment Theory, the nature of human beings and the principles and mechanisms of the natural environment’s healing effect on children are systematically discussed, which proves that nature is in a friendly and effective way.positive impact on knowledge development. This paper attempts to use the healing environment and related theoretical research results to explore the construction of urban community healing environment and establish a child-friendly community healing environment. The article is elaborated from the following three parts.First, research and sort out the theory of healing environment and its related concepts.According to the current situation of community environment renewal under the background of urban renewal at this stage, the theoretical basis and practical feasibility of creating a healing environment for children are expounded.Secondly,it refines the construction methods and design principles of children’s healing environment, and conducts in-depth and detailed induction and summary of relevant empirical cases. Finally, through the investigation of the existing site, the above theoretical methods are organically combined with the existing conditions and applied to the design practice. |
