Based On The City Blueprint Framework (CBF) Apprpach To Analyze The Urban Water Resource Management Capablities In Different Regions In China

China is a country with severe water shortage per capita.At present,China's urbanization process is increasing at an unprecedented rate,so we are facing more severe water environment challenges.How to adapt to the various water demand challenges brought by the development trend of various industries in China.Cities need to make key changes in water resource management.In recent years,the research team of Utrecht university and the European water resources research institute in the Netherlands proposed a new international assessment system of water resources management capability——City Blueprint Approach.By using this method and combining with the actual national conditions and characteristics of Chinese cities,this paper selects the City Blueprint Framework(CBF)and makes a preliminary study and analysis of water resources management in different cities.In order to show the different characteristics of water resources management in the northern andsouthern regions of China,four cities including Hohhot,Beijing,zhengzhou and guangzhou were selected as research objects according to the differences of different geographical latitudes,climatic conditions and natural water resources in China.Based on the current situation of water resources,social economy,characteristics of supply and demand and their comprehensive utilization,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the integrated management of water resources in selected cities,and finally puts forward reasonable and effective suggestions.Through using the method of urban blueprint framework,learning more effective strategies of water resources,according to the current situation of the development of different cities select pilot city were analyzed,and pointed out the current problems,evaluation summary about the present situation of selection of urban water resources management,to city water resources effective Suggestions and opinions,led to the development of urban water resources management.
