Cost analysis and cost control are important means to improve economic benefits of power transmission and transformation projects.At present,due to various problems of cost analysis and cost control methods,the high life cycle cost of power transmission and transformation projects has become an important factor affecting the actual benefits of the projects.Factor.In this paper,the transmission and transformation project supporting optical communication project as the research object,the main research based on the life cycle of transmission and transformation project supporting optical communication project cost control methods,aimed at the project cost control to maximize the benefits of the project.Based on the comprehensive analysis and comparison of two main cost control methods of transmission and transformation project cost Management-Life cycle cost management and whole process cost management,this paper firstly studies the cost control theory of transmission and transformation project supporting optical communication project based on life cycle cost analysis.The basic calculation thought and steps of the cost analysis of the optical communication engineering supporting the transmission and transformation project are given.Then the mathematical model of the life cycle cost calculation of the optical communication engineering supporting the transmission and transformation project is deduced.Basedon the time division,the life cycle cost of the optical communication engineering supporting the transmission and transformation project is carefully calculated.According to the basic variables of initialization cost,annual cycle cost,non-annual cycle cost and residual value,a mathematical model for calculating life cycle cost is established.Some uncertain parameters in the model are dealt with by using the theory of fuzzy mathematics,and the complete optical communication system for power transmission and transformation projects is established.The mathematical model of life cycle cost calculation and scheme evaluation of telecommunication engineering is used to compare and analyze the various schemes of optical communication engineering for power transmission and transformation projects.Finally,taking the project of the 500 kV substation in Hague Ridge as an example,the life cycle economy of the construction scheme of the optical communication project supporting the transmission and transformation project is evaluated,and the optimal scheme is selected for cost control according to the evaluation results,so as to achieve the most balanced optimization of the system performance and economy.
