The effective control of the heat treatment process of the aviation standard parts can not only improve the utilization rate of the heat treatment furnace,shorten the manufacturing cycle of the product,but also reduce the energy consumption of the heat treatment and improve the on-time delivery rate of the product.However,the scheduling of the discrete process before the heat treatment process has a great influence on the scheduling of the heat treatment process.The heat treatment process is a key process in the manufacturing process of the aviation standard parts,and has an important influence on the manufacturing cycle of the aviation standard parts.Therefore,how to complete product delivery on time with low energy consumption has become an urgent problem for aviation standard parts enterprises.By establishing mathematical models and their scheduling rules and algorithms,and based on this,a rescheduling strategy is established to provide enterprises with a solution to this problem.Specific research content includes:(1)Through the research on the characteristics of heat treatment scheduling of aviation standard parts,combined with the actual needs of enterprises,a multi-objective planning model with minimum energy consumption,minimum total delay and minimum completion time is constructed.The first group batch and then discrete(FGB & TD)scheduling rules are proposed,that is,the initial sequence of batches and batches of the jobs is completed first;then,according to the initial sequence of the batches,the jobs are sequentially arranged in discrete processes;Finally,the batch scheduling is completed according to the scheduling result of the discrete process.(2)Based on the FGB&TD rule,the FGB&TD algorithm based on heuristic algorithm is designed.On this basis,the enterprise FGB&TD scheduling strategy is established.That is,when constructing the group batch plan,the delivery time and weight of the job are considered at the same time.In the scheduling of discrete processes,the jobs included in the batch with the latest start time of the heat treatment are prioritized,and the machine that can be processed at the earliest can be processed.Finally,according to the time when the jobs in the batch reach the heat treatment process,the batch processor that can be processed at the earliest can be selected in order,and the global scheduling scheme of the discrete-batch environment is obtained.(3)In order to solve the problem of rescheduling after the use of FGB&TD strategy by aviation standard parts enterprises,an improved hybrid rescheduling strategy is proposed.The strategy will accept the completion time as the basis for selecting the rescheduling method,thereby reducing the cost of the rescheduling implementation on the basis of ensuring the implementation of the scheduling goal.(4)Design the FGB&TD strategy into an application program and apply it in an aviation standard parts enterprise.Through the comparative analysis before and after implementation,verify the effectiveness of the FGB&TD strategy proposed in this paper.
