The aircraft systems require complex application scenarios to complete the dynamic test of the whole flight phase in the integrated test period.The ground integrated test platform of aircraft system needs a large number of simulation models developed to provide incentives,and the aerodynamic simulation model requires more realistic aerodynamic characteristics.Considering the characteristics and requirements of the aerodynamic simulation architecture of the aircraft system integration test platform,an improved method of the aerodynamic simulation architecture is presented in the paper,and the typical aerodynamic model modeling and simulation verification are carried out.Firstly,the aerodynamic simulation architecture of the integrated test platform is studied.The physical and performance parameters of aircraft simulation models are analyzed,including the fuselage,wing and engine etc.The basic correlations and aerodynamic characteristic curves of engine models in the aerodynamic simulation architecture are emphasized,including the thrust,speed and Mach number etc.Based on the simulation experiment results,the technical problems that need to be solved in the aerodynamic simulation architecture are put forward.Secondly,an improved method of aerodynamic simulation architecture is proposed,based on the original aerodynamic architecture of the integrated test platform.The aerodynamic simulation model under standard atmospheric conditions is established considering cross-linking relationship of aerodynamic parameters,and then the aerodynamic simulation model suitable for different atmospheric conditions is provided.Taking the aerodynamic simulation model of engine as an example,the aerodynamic model of engine suitable for different atmospheric conditions is established.The aerodynamic model of the engine is simulated under different operating conditions.The relative error of the key parameters is less than 2% compared with the actual data.Finally,an aircraft automatic throttle simulation system is designed based on the improved engine aerodynamic simulation model,which realizes the collaboration between the engine aerodynamic simulation model and other aircraft systems on the integrated test platform.The simulation results show that the aerodynamic model is effectively integrated in the test platform.The improved method of aerodynamic simulation architecture presented in this paper has practical engineering value,which is of great significance to the optimization of aerodynamic characteristics of integrated test platform and the improvement of dynamic test accuracy of aircraft system.
