Time-limited dispatch allows the dispatch of aero-engine electronic control system with faults present while ensuring a certain level of system reliability.It plays a significant role in system safety analysis of commercial aircraft and aero-engines.To provide appropriate advanced technical support to airworthiness authorities,several modeling approaches of time-limited dispatch are studied,and emphasis is laid on more advanced Monte Carlo method.On the basis of a complete analysis of time-weighted average method and Markov model method in ARP 5107 C,the thesis places emphasis on Monte Carlo method and explores its applicability in time-limited dispatch analysis through simulation.Then,makes a comparative analysis on the difference between the three modeling methods.Based on the abovementioned analysis,it is indicated that Monte Carlo method can not only model multiple failure states and complex maintenance strategies,but also refine the analysis results.By applying Monte Carlo method into the time-limited dispatch analysis of an actual aero-engine electronic control system,the principles about how the factors function are analyzed.The results show that different maintenance strategies have great influence on the duration of the system to operate with faults present.Its impact on the long time dispatch interval of the system can reach 15%.The control pattern will have certain influences on the system configuration,and its impact on the long time dispatch interval of the system can reach 8.5%.MySQL is selected as the platform to create the information database of the components of aero-engine electronic control system.By adopting C# as the programming language and by relying on its excellent comprehensive development ability,application programs have been designed and an analysis platform for time-limited dispatch especially for mainstream engines has been established,the platform is capable of supporting the certification of specific engines.
