Research On The Value Evaluation Of Civil Airport Enterprises In China

As a public transportation infrastructure,our national airport has a high social effect orientation.It has made great contributions to regional economic network and promoted economic development.Its operating enterprises have also undertaken enormous social responsibilities and created tremendous social value.However,at present,when assessing our national airport enterprises,there is an imbalance that only assesses its economic value and ignores its social value.It does not truly and comprehensively reflect the value creation ability of our civil airport enterprises.Therefore,our civil airport companies need a new assessment program to fully assess their corporate value.This paper first expounds the relevant theories and methods of enterprise value assessment.Secondly,it analyzes the status quo of the value evaluation of China’s domestic airport enterprises at home and abroad,especially the problems and causes in China.Then combining the characteristics of airport enterprise management and operation,this paper constructs a new airport enterprise social value assessment index system,and analyzes the principles of enterprise value creation through the relationship between enterprise value creation with enterprise system and non-system risk.The EVA enterprise value evaluation method is combined with the analytic hierarchy process and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to construct the value evaluation model,and comprehensively evaluate the value of our national airport enterprise.Then,through the case analysis of the corporate value assessment of Shanghai International Airport Co.,Ltd.,the evaluation model was verified and corresponding suggestions were made to provide support for a more comprehensive assessment of the value of our national airport enterprises in the future.Finally,it summarizes the basic conclusions of this paper and points out the shortcomings of the current research,and puts forward a specific discussion and future prospects for a more reasonable evaluation of the value of our national airport enterprises.
