In recent years,China’s mountainous highways have developed rapidly.The high-pier large-span curve continuous rigid-framed bridges have adapted to various terrains and topography,and can effectively shorten the advantages of road construction lines to stand out in the construction of mountain bridges.However,the deformation and stress of the high-pier long-span curve continuous rigid frame bridge during construction are very complicated,so it is necessary to study the construction control of high-pier long-span curve continuous rigid frame bridge.Based on the X Bridge,this thesis has formed a set of simple and feasible high-pier long-span curve continuous rigid frame bridge construction control method through a large number of theoretical analysis and research.The main research contents are as follows:(1)The research development and main research results of the development and construction control of curved continuous rigid frame bridge at home and abroad are summarized,and the purpose and main content of this research.(2)Using Midas Civil software to establish a spatial model of finite element accurate simulation analysis and calculation on each construction stage of X bridge is Carried out,and theoretical values of internal force and deformation required for construction control are obtained,which are used to guide construction monitoring work.The influence factors of internal force and deformation of high-pier long-span curve continuous rigid frame bridge during construction are analyzed.(3)Establishing a spatial finite element analysis and calculation model,the spatial stability of the X bridge during the construction is studied,and the influence of the central angle on the overall stability of the bridge is researched,and the reasonable construction state of the bridge is clarified.(4)Combining the common construction control methods for the current high-pier long-span curve continuous rigid frame bridge,a reasonable construction control plan for the X Bridge is proposed.(5)According to the comparison between the monitoring data of the X Bridge and the theoretical values calculated by the model,the accuracy of the construction control method is verified.
