So as to give full play to the characteristics of the two kinds of materials,steel-concrete composite structure has taken the advantages of reinforced concrete structure and steel structure and has broad application prospects.In line with China's construction and economic development of the national conditions,it has become one of the important development direction of structural system.In order to prevent the interface of the steel-concrete composite structure from being staggered or separated from each other in the vertical direction and ensure its cooperative work,shear connectors are set at the steel-concrete interface.In engineering practice,engineers proposed a new type of transverse PBL shear connector to solve the problem of concrete pouring of the lower flange plate of corrugated steel webs.At present,there are few researches on the shear resistance of the new transverse PBL shear connector.In this paper,the shear resistance of a new type of transverse PBL shear connector is studied by push-out test,the main test parameters of the test were the height of shear(100 mm,125 mm and 160 mm),the number of shear connectors(1,2)and the internal between the shear connectors(250 mm,350 mm and 450 mm),also the traditional vertical PBL shear connectors specimen were made to compare with new type of transverse PBL shear connector.Twelve new type of transverse PBL shear connectors and two traditional vertical PBL shear connectors were made.The content of the test were push-out specimens' crack development mode,failure mode of specimen,load-vertical slip relationship,load-level dilatancy relations as well as its ultimate bearing capacity.The results showed that the height of shear connectors had not a strong influence on the ultimate bearing capacity,the ultimate bearing capacity of the three kinds of the height of the specimen are within the scope of the 3000 k N,the interval of shear connectors has obvious influence on ultimate bearing capacity,the ultimate bearing capacity of specimens of the 450 mm interval was 14.7% higher than the specimens of 250 mm interval,shear connector interval has positive correlation with ultimate bearing capacity,the impact on ultimate bearing capacity of shear connector number was multiple relationship,the ultimate bearing capacity of the two shear connector specimen was 1.6~1.9 times of one's.Compared with the traditional vertical PBL shear connector,the ultimate bearing capacity of the new horizontal PBL shear connector was 19% higher,but its ductility is much weaker.The slip value of the new type of transverse PBL shear connectors was about 1/10 of that of the traditional vertical PBL shear connector.Finally,based on the experimental study and theoretical analysis,the formula for calculating the ultimate bearing capacity of the new type shear connector under shear load was established and verified with the experimental data of other scholars.
