The Research And Design Of Cervical Spondylosis Prevention Smart Wearable Devices For White Collars

In China,white-collar workers have become an important professional grou p in first-tier cities.They have decent jobs,have a good income,but suffer fr om sub-healthy physical conditions.Lack of exercise in the office,sitting in fr ont of the computer for a long time or working at the desk,coupled with ina ppropriate work and lifestyle,have already overwhelmed their cervical spine an d even adversely affected their daily lives and work.As a chronic disease,cer vical spondylosis,if not paying attention to protection,with the increase of ag e,recurrent episodes,easily lead to serious diseases such as bone hyperplasia a nd intervertebral disc herniation.In the early stage of cervical spondylosis,it c an improve the bad posture and increase cervical vertebra activity.To relieve t he disease and prevent the disease from getting worse.As a high-risk group of cervical spondylosis,white-collar workers cannot effectively move the cervical vertebrae and improve their poor posture due to their fast working rhythm,hi gh pressure,long working hours on the computer,less exercise time and limite d office space.This paper takes white-collar workers as the starting point for prevention and t reatment of cervical spondylosis,focuses on wearable devices,analyzes the cur rent status and medical prospects of wearable devices,and analyzes the functio ns,categories,technologies and applications of wearable devices in detail for s ubsequent research.The system construction provides the technical theoretical b asis;then scientifically explores and analyzes the causes,harms and treatment methods of cervical spondylosis,finds effective ways to prevent and treat cervi cal spondylosis,and designs and methods with wearable devices.The interactio n mode is integrated,especially the medical aid technology of wearable device s is analyzed and summarized,and methods and strategies for preventing cervi cal spondylosis in white-collar workers are provided.At the same time,the white-collar people’s lifestyle,spending power,interest preferences were investigate d and analyzed,and the wearable product system for preventing and treating c ervical spondylosis was designed according to the needs of white-collar worker s.To find a suitable product way for white-collar workers to relieve cervical s pondylosis,and also explore the medical development of wearable devices.
