At present, the number of people who have cardiovascular disease even died of cardiovascular disease is rising, especially white-collar groups, because of pressure on work and life, the disorder of routine, irregular diet, while one of the method of the detection and prevention to cardiovascular disease is to monitoring ECG everyday. With the refinement of field of intelligent and wearable devices and the development of Science and technology, the traditional ECG detection products can not satisfy people the requirements for "more intelligent" and "wearable" any more, as a result, intelligent and wearable ECG detection products appear. Because the intelligent and wearable ECG detection product is still in the primary stage of development, the research and development to them only focuses on implementation of technology, while ignoring the design research for their hardware and the terminal applications, so the design of the product can not meet the needs of users. Under this background, this paper proposes that the scenarios method is applied to the design of intelligent and wearable ECG detection products.First of all, the paper studies "the scenarios method" and the factor of the scenarios of intelligent and wearable ECG detection products, and based on the scenarios method combined with the user role method and Kano model method, proposes the product design process of intelligent and wearable for ECG detection based on the scenarios method, which can guide the design process of intelligent and wearable for ECG detection product well. Finally, the paper takes the Wando ECG detection product design for the white-collar group as an example to launch the design practice. Through excavation and refinement the design requirements of white-collar users, and designed the intelligent hardware and terminal software of the "Wando" ECG product which can meet the needs of white-collar users at the same time. The paper expect that the design of the "Wando" ECG product can not only obtain market acceptance but also increase the use viscosity of products for white-collar users, to achieve the purpose of strengthen the consciousness of heart health supervision for white-collar group, as a result, to reduce or avoid the tragedy.
