Analysis And Reform Of Construction Engineering Quality Supervision And Management Model

With the rapid development of our country's economy,the scale of construction has made rapid progress.Due to the imperfect quality management system of our country's construction market,the complaints of the people caused by the substandard engineering quality often appear.Therefore,the problem of engineering quality has become the focus of people's attention,and people also put forward more requirements for government supervision and management of engineering quality.Therefore,in order to further improve the government supervision and management of the quality of the construction project,guarantee the quality requirements of the construction project,and improve the efficiency of the project supervision and management,this paper analyzes the current status of the construction project quality supervision and management model.Combined with the construction industrialization,the author puts forward some reform suggestions with strong practical significance to the future supervision and administration.This paper first expounds the background and significance of the research,analyzes the relevant domestic and foreign studies,and explains the research content and research methods of this paper.The second part reviews the research status of project quality supervision and management at home and abroad,and expounds the achievements and existing problems in construction project quality supervision and management.In the third part,the paper investigates the current quality supervision and management of construction projects by means of a questionnaire,analyzes the reliability,validity and frequency of the data effectively recovered from the questionnaire,and analyzes the basic situation of the quality supervision of construction projects.This paper summarizes the difficulties and problems in project quality supervision and management,and puts forward some suggestions to improve the management mode of project quality supervision.The fourth part,from the four aspects of improving the laws and regulations system,perfecting the quality supervision and management mechanism,constructing the information platform to meet the requirements of the new situation,strengthening the construction of the supervision team and improving the supervision mode and method,put forward the reform thinking and suggestions of the government supervision and management of the quality of construction projects.In the fifth part,under the background of the new era of building industrialization,the article discusses the supervision and inspection of quality behavior of all parties involved in engineering and the supervision and innovation supervision of engineering entity quality,and draws some enlightenment about quality supervision and management.
