With the development of society,environmental issues and energy crises have gradually become the focus of attention.In order to alleviate this contradiction,people are now turning their attention to new energy electric vehicles.At present,governments and major automobile manufacturers all over the world have invested a lot of manpower and material resources in the research and development of electric vehicles.The improvement of the supporting infrastructure is the prerequisite for the development of electric vehicles.The vehicle charger test system researched in this subject is an important part of the development of the electric vehicle industry.It is an important tool for evaluating the performance indicators of the vehicle charger during the maintenance of electric vehicles in the later period.It is of great significance to the popularization of electric vehicles.First of all,according to the market demand for the relevant functions of the car charger test system,the complete system structure design of the car charger is built.Combined with the functional requirements of the test system of the vehicle charger,the paper uses the single-chip microcomputer as the main chip of the system,and collects the power parameters output by the vehicle charger by means of the voltage and current conditioning module,so that the system can determine the state indicator of the vehicle charger according to the collected energy parameter information.Comprehensive assessment.Secondly,combined with the function requirements of the whole system of the vehicle charger,the software program framework structure of the vehicle charger test system was built.The system software program is designed with modular programming design idea.The software program design flow of the vehicle charger test system is introduced in detail,and the corresponding functional module software program design flow chart is given.When designing the software program of the relevant function module of the vehicle charger test system,the multi-task design idea is fully integrated to ensure the overall real-time performance of the designed vehicle charger test system.Thirdly,in order to verify the overall performance of the in-vehicle charger test system of this design,a complete system was designed according to the software and hardware of the above set,and the whole system designed for debugging was used asa carrier.After completing the laboratory function module level debugging,the commissioned vehicle charger test system is put into the actual application environment for inspection.The experimental results show that the vehicle charger test system designed in this paper meets the performance indicators of each phase proposed at the beginning of the design.Finally,the main content of this paper and its future development are prospected.
