In the era when the traditional fossil fuel is depleted and the air pollution is becoming more serious, how to find a way to solve the problem of "looking for a new green energy" has gradually come to be a very important subject which more and more countries and research institutions are crazy about. While, studying on the technology of electric vehicles is one of the finest solutions. Batteries for electric vehicle provide electrical power to electric vehicles. However, the researches on electric vehicle charging equipment, that is to say electric vehicle charger turns to be very significant.In this paper, six aspects of the subject have been expatiated on. Firstly, the author introduced not only the background of research but also the current information and foreland of electric vehicle, electric vehicle charging device and electric device performance detecting system of three aspects of the current situation and development. Then the author has studied on based on electric vehicle on-board charger for modeling and simulation. This article mainly expatiated from five aspects. Firstly, the author introduced the research background and current electric cars, electric vehicle charging device and electric device performance detecting system of three aspects of the current situation and development. Then the article has based on electric vehicle on-board charger for modeling and simulation. Because of the electric automobile vehicle type charger connected to the network is a kind of high power and nonlinear load. His electrical properties can be from two aspects. One is the direct current test. The other is the alternating current test. Based on the theory of data, test data and the new algorithm data comparison, the new method presented in this paper has been approved. Next, according to the above theory, this article has provided a test system of soft, hardware structure, which is supplied for the follow-up study of reference. Finally, the author of the text are summarized and reviewed, and on issues related to put forward a certain prospect.
