Solar energy is a type of renewable energy,which is inexhaustible and clean to the environment without pollution.And its unlimited storage makes solar energy the ideal alternative energy compared with others.According to"the 13th Five-year Plan Outline for National Economic and Social Development of Baoying County(Draft)",the photovoltaic power generation,wind power generation,waste power generation and other renewable energy generation will be vigorously developed.It is the development objectives about renewable power generation of Baoying County that the installed capacity of renewable energy power generation reaches 1GW till 2020,and the installed capacity of fishing complementary photovoltaic power generation exceeds 2GW till 2025.Actually,it is the new energy power generation that continuously delivers green and clean energy,decreases primary energy consumption,reduces pollution,and brings about economic,social and environmental benefits eventually.Firstly,the basic imformation,including large amounts of operating data of Jiangsu power grid,the development program of the grid structure and the power sources,were extensively collected.On account of the information,the research was focused on the load level in the commission year of the Baoying fishing complementary photovoltaic power generation project,the output characteristics of renewable energy,the peak load shaving of Jiangsu power grid,and the balance of regional power grid and the west-to-east power transmission.Secondly,the power absorption conclusion was obtained,the grid-connected voltage level and scheme were clarified,and the optimal decision was dedused through economic and technical comparison.Thirdly,the load flow calculation and short-circuit calculation were carried out on the recommended plan.On the top of that,for the sake of the safe,reliable and economic operation of the power grid,the sensitivity analysis was implemented in allusion to the full capacity of power receiving from Jiangbei UHVDC transmission system and the operation of all photovoltaic projects.In conclusion,the output characteristics of renewable energy were analysied,the connection planning of the large-scale photovoltaic power station was researched,and the photovoltaic generation margin of Baoying power grid was demonstrated based on the actual data and current status and development planning of the power grid.As the grid system gradually adapted to the rapid development of renewable energy,it is the research method practised in this paper that provides a reference for the future study and project implementation on photovoltaic power station grid connection in Jiangsu power grid.
