| So far,the industrial revolution has entered a period of renewal and alternation,and many industrial parks have no longer played a strong supporting role in the structure of the economic industrial chain,and a large amount of large-scale buildings and large-scale land are abandoned.The formation of so-called urban fringe areas,which is an indispensable part of the urban form,is often an obstacle to urban development.How to make the use of these sites together can protect the historical marks left in the past industrial era,restore the ecological damage caused in the production process,and view the angle of the landscape design To improve the aesthetic experience of the industrial park,show the historical and cultural sedimentation of industrial civilized production,use the type of landscape to show the intangible spiritual and cultural world,show the unique complex charm of industrial landscape,which is the focus of this paper.The paper selects Ruichang Jiangzhou Shipyard as the research object,and designs and studies the function,traffic flow line,landscape improvement and ecological restoration of the whole park,and meets the demand of industrial estate and industrial heritage tourism.The historical and cultural elements of Jiangzhou Shipyard are extracted,the site is brought to the site for landscape planning and transformation,the basic public facilities are promoted,and the surrounding ecological environment,the water environment and the mountain restoration are researched,and the tourism landscape transformation of the site is completed.Relying on the policy of the government of Ruichang City,taking Jiangzhou Shipyard as a pilot,the design of the guide and design of the space,the design of the greening,the lighting design,the design of the facade of the building,and the design of the external elevation of the building are carried out.Based on the analysis and presentation of the construction and transformation,the paper summarizes the experience of the construction,provides a train of thought for the design of the industrial tourism belt in the city of Ruichang,and provides the theoretical guidance for the present case based on the transformation of the existing industrial heritage and landscape tourism at home and abroad.At the same time,it is hoped that the industrial landscape of Jiangzhou Shipyard will be transformed into a similar case,which will focus on the experience and interactive design of the tourists,express the spirit of the scene,express the feelings of the tourists,and provide a comfortable and comprehensive landscape tour environment.Through the case design study of Jiangzhou Shipyard in Ruichang City,the main conclusions are as follows:1.Under the background of industrial development entering replacement and transformation,obeying the vigorous development of tourism,excavating the historical and cultural spirit of the site,carrying on the design performance,taking the industrial historical development as the cultural context connection scene,refining the industrial elements,Traditional factory building,ship,mechanical elements as the installation tone,combined with natural scenery,local folklore and local plants as the main landscape features to display multi-level space site.2.The functional space is divided into three areas: residential area,production area,and commercial district.The landscape tour route is used to connect the entrance,waterfront ecological corridor,display area,creator space and so on.On the premise of not affecting the production activities of enterprises,tourists can meet the desire for knowledge and relax their body and mind in the industrial park.3.In view of the water pollution,vegetation conservation and mountain restoration of the site,the design of ecological self-restoration is in accordance with the principle of sustainable development and lays the prerequisite for providing a good sense of sightseeing experience.This paper summarizes the solutions to the ecological problems in the development of this kind of production. |
