With the development and progress of the social economy,more and more residents have chosen to drive.While it is convenient for urban residents,it also brings some problems,such as road traffic safety hazards.According to research,the problem of disability glare caused by LED traffic monitoring fill light is very serious.Due to the lack of research on the glare of led traffic monitoring fill lamps at home and abroad,there are no detailed regulations and standards for controlling the size of the disability glare in China.Based on this problem,the article focuses on the constant-light led traffic monitoring fill lamp.The object,researching the disability glare generated by it,in order to provide a theoretical basis for controlling the glare caused by the fill light to the driver in the near future.The main content of the second chapter of the thesis is to study the basic theory of glare,the visual characteristics of night driving and the related basic theories of LED traffic monitoring fill light.The basic theory of glare discusses the concept,classification and evaluation of glare.The threshold increment ti is chosen as the index for evaluating the disability glare of the constant-light led traffic monitoring fill light.The visual characteristics of night driving describe the entire process of the human eye's visual system,the driver's visual behavioral characteristics,and the driver's reaction time.The related basic theory of led traffic monitoring fill light expounds the classification of fill light and related technical specifications,and clarifies the research object of the experiment.The main content of the third chapter of the thesis is to study the high dynamic range image technology applied to the disability glare test of the constant-light LED traffic monitoring fill light.The measurement of high dynamic range image technology requires digital cameras to synthesize high dynamic range images using multiple exposure methods,and then use photosphere software to extract relevant data.Before using the high dynamic range image technology to measure the constant light LED traffic monitoring fill light,it is necessary to carry out the calibration experiment on the digital camera,and obtain various parameters for the high dynamic range image through experimental methods.The main content of the fourth chapter of the thesis is the investigation of the disability glare of the constant-light LED traffic monitoring fill light,the study of the disability glare range and the measurement of the threshold increment TI.On-the-spot investigation of the LED traffic monitoring fill light in the main urban area of Chongqing,the survey found that the brightness of the fill light is up to more than 100,000 candelas per square meter or even more than 200,000 candelas per square meter.By testing the range of influence of glare,the disability glare reaches the maximum at the position of 20m-30 m in front of the fill light.For the actual measurement of the threshold increment TI,five measurement points of the urban road are selected for testing.According to the measured data analysis,the threshold increment TI of all points far exceeds the national standard.It is very necessary to study the disability glare of the constant-light LED traffic monitoring fill light.The main content of the fifth chapter of the thesis is to study the relationship between reaction time and background brightness,visual standard contrast and fill light brightness under the condition of constant light LED traffic monitoring fill light disability glare.Through the experimental method,a fitting curve affecting the reaction time was obtained.It is found that the background brightness has little effect on the reaction time,and the contrast of the visual standard and the brightness of the fill light have a great influence on the reaction time.When the visual target contrast is less than 0.5,the tester's reaction time gradually decreases as the visual standard contrast increases.When the visual standard contrast is greater than 0.5,the increase of the visual standard contrast has less influence on the reaction time.As the brightness of the fill light increases,the tester's reaction time becomes longer and longer.When the brightness is from 0 to 105 cd/m2,the degree of disability glare increases rapidly.After the brightness is greater than 105 cd/m2,the degree of disability glare increases.The degree is gradually reduced.Based on the above research,this chapter concludes with some suggestions for rationalizing the control of disability glare.
