| In recent years, domestic road construction has been rapidly developed, people also pay more attention to the quality of road lighting. Through the improve of road lighting quality, we can reduce the incidence of traffic accidents in the region. The measurement technique is the key of road lighting evaluation, but the traditional measurement method of road lighting is tedious, and has heavy workloads.Along with the "Green Lighting Program", energy-saving LED lights have gradually become the main road lighting luminaires. Under the new situation, the research and development of measurement technology of road lighting is of great significance.Based on the analysis of different countries’road lighting design standards, we determine that the measurement of road luminance information is the key to measure the quality of road lighting. And after comparing the luminance measurement methods, we decided to adopt the imaging luminance meter. Through the development and application of the imaging luminance meter, we proposing road lighting measurement scheme based on luminance imaging.Through system experiment and data analysis, we obtain the complete CCD camera calibration procedure in the measurement of luminance value. Combined with the supporting software developed, we access to a set of high precision luminance distribution imaging acquisition equipment, luminance measurement accuracy of 3%.After the study and implementation of high dynamic range image capture method, the correction work of pavement trapezoidal distortion and the calculation research of glare limitation threshold increment, we solved a series of common problems and difficulties in road lighting measurement.Finally, this instrument is used in the actual road lighting environment to analyze and evaluate the lighting quality. This experiment also showed that our road lighting measurement scheme based on luminance imaging is feasible. And this new type of road lighting measurement technology has significant advantages compared to the traditional measurement technology. Our research results of road lighting measurement has great practical significance and prospect at improving road lighting quality, improving the visual comfort of vehicle drivers and reducing the traffic accidents. |
