At present,the urbanization process is developing rapidly,and the natural environment resources are reduced in a high-density environment.Urban individuals are in a state of mental consumption for a long time due to work and study.Therefore,research on the restorative factors of the external environment is particularly important.The urban park with the natural environment as the main body has become an important place for people to relieve stress.This paper is based on the demand of urban residents’ mental health.Based on the environmental restoration,Chongqing Shaping Park is selected as the research object,through the preliminary data collection and literature.The review and theoretical deduction put forward the theoretical hypothesis of “the spatial restoration effect of urban park acoustic environment”.The restorative benefit essence of park acoustic environment is to study the recovery effect of the park activity individual in the interaction process of space environment.The essence of the relationship is It is necessary to understand the influence relationship of the individual’s recovery through the composition of different sound environment elements,and to analyze the relationship between the two to establish an impact mechanism,focusing on the effect of the acoustic environment on the health effects of the population in the urban park environment..Through the field survey,the questionnaires and the basic data collected from the interviews,statistical analysis of the status of individual recovery benefits in Shaping Park from the three aspects of time benefit,quality benefit and coordination benefit,and obtaining the typical spatial acoustic environment in Shaping Park It constitutes features and acoustic environment features.Through the laboratory simulation based on the collected basic data,the influence law of the acoustic environment on the recovery effect in the individual environment is studied from three aspects: the individual’s “attention level recovery”,“psychological recovery perception” and “coordination effect perception”.The study found that: firstly,the natural sound is the most significant compared to the subjects consumed under the same conditions;the social sound is different in different types of space,and the mechanical sound of the traffic has a better effect on the recovery of the individual.Obviously hindering effect;Secondly,in terms of psychological recovery,natural sounds have the most effective effect on individual recovery,and the “recovery effects of social sounds are different”.The relationship between different sounds is more complicated.Third,at the level of coordinated perception,it is found.Natural sound compatibility is strong,and there is a significant positive correlation with sound of the same type or different types;social sound has a strong sense of field,and has a significant negative correlation effect with similar sounds;In addition to the participatory and ornamental mechanical sounds,there is a significant negative correlation with other types of sound.Through the restorative effect of the acoustic environment in the park environment in different space environments,the optimization principles and strategies for the restoration environment of urban parks are constructed: firstly,the acoustic environment structure system of urban parks is established,and the mode of acoustic environment and space environment is adopted.Coupling carries out cross-analysis between “acoustic environment elements” and “material space elements” to provide suggestions for the optimization of urban park acoustic environment;the design principle based on time benefit dimension should focus on improving the recovery effect of residents’ attention recovery and prolonging effective Space activities,increase the thrust factor of urban park space,reduce the resistance factor to ensure the sustained duration of recovery;the design principle based on the quality benefit dimension should focus on improving the space quality environment,and match the sound types of different natures for different spatial environments.The overall environmental quality is most suitable for the health activities of the population;the design principle based on the coordination benefit dimension should focus on the urban park environment with higher overall coordination,focusing on the coordination benefits of the acoustic environment in the park environment,due to the different sound environment in the population recovery Effect room Produce different results among some sound elements with other elements of sound there is obvious repulsion effect,thus making important consideration in the design environment,integration of mutually reinforcing effect sound environment.
