With China's increasing emphasis on environmental protection, the role of natural gas in energy is becoming more and more important, and its proportion in energy consumption is gradually increasing. With the development of science and technology, the application field of gas is also expanding. This has made China's demand for natural gas even stronger. However,China's natural gas production can not meet the domestic demand for natural gas,and it needs a large amount of imported natural gas.In order to ensure the reliability and stability of the city gas supply, especially in China,we are vigorously promoting the "coal to gas" project. It has also received more and more attention. In addition,China has made some progress in researching unconventional natural gas such as shale gas, coalbed methane and biomass gas in recent years. Therefore, the situation of multiple gas sources coexisting is imperative. The pattern of multi-source gas supply can ensure the reliability of urban gas supply, but it is accompanied by the problem of gas interchangeability and stove adaptability. In the test environment required by the standard, two common urban gas sources: natural gas and liquefied petroleum oil and gas, respectively blended with different levels of ethane and dimethyl ether, and studied for normal combustion on natural gas cookers and LPG stoves. The maximum blending ratio(no flame,no tempering,no yellow flame,no pollutants in the flue gas,no significant deterioration in thermal efficiency).Through theoretical calculation, determine the combustion characteristic index and physical properties of the mixed gas calorific value, white number, combustion potential, relative density, etc.,and analyze the primary air coefficient, the maximum flame propagation speed, and the gas and air mixture at the fire hole.Changes in the thermal characteristics of the cooker such as gas flow rate and flame length, and design tests to verify the maximum blending ratio of ethane and dimethyl ether when the cooker is kept in normal operation. The test results show that the main factors restricting the ethane content in natural gas are the incomplete combustion yellow flame phenomenon of the cooker and the CO content in the flue gas. When the ethane content does not exceed 30%,the cooker can still work normally and maintain high thermal efficiency; The main factor restricting the content of dimethyl ether in liquefied petroleum gas is the tempering phenomenon and thermal efficiency deterioration of the cooker. When the dimethyl ether content exceeds 40%,the cooker can not be ignited normally, even with the external ignition source, the flame will be very fast.Retracting the fire hole, the gas can be ignited by adjusting the damper to the minimum state, the flame height is even lower than the fire cover, and there is a huge flameout noise when the flame is extinguished. When the dimethyl ether content exceeds 30%,the thermal efficiency is lower than the minimum standard required by the specification..Finally,the nozzle change is studied to carry out the universal modification of the cooker.According to the principle that the heat load of the cooker remains unchanged before and after the transformation, the nozzle diameter is adjusted so that the natural gas can be normalized after the nozzle is adjusted, and the liquefied petroleum gas can be adjusted after the nozzle is adjusted. The natural gas cooker is on normal combustion. When the difference between the replacement gas and the reference gas is large, and the damper cannot be adjusted to maintain the combustion condition of the replacement gas,it is feasible to carry out the modification of the cooker through nozzle adjustment, and the discharge characteristics and combustion conditions of the modified cooker are satisfied.Design requirements.
