Now,commercial induction cooker is one of the fastest growing electrical home appliances products, its Working principle mainly is high-frequency harmonic current produce eddy current in the bottom of pan, and then reach the purpose of heating pan. This new type of kitchen equipment is safety and environmental protection, so the market share rise steady. This paper is based on the design of a commercial induction cooker with high efficiency、low power consumption and fast response, we mainly research the control circuit. Through the analysis of the working principle and operation process of commercial induction cooker, we have finished the design of hardware circuit and software circuit for the control system of commercial induction cooker, eventually, the commissioning of the whole machine is successful.This paper is divided into the following aspects:1、Combining the current situation of the development of commercial induction cooker both at home and abroad, this paper discusses the topological structure,the working principle, the power control methods and the equivalent circuit of the output load of the commercial induction cooker.In view of the characteristics of the commercial induction cooker and the defect of low output efficiency, the article uses series resonant inverter circuits in the inverter circuits, and using the method of the combination of PWM and PFM to control power.2、According to the work principle and design requirements of commercial induction cooker, we choose STC12C5410AD single chip microcomputer as the main control chip,and have designed the main circuit of the commercial induction cooker in detail. At the same time, we introduce the concrete parameters in the circuit and the calculation of the selection of the components. In the design process of the circuit, we analys focusing on the design of IGBT drive circuit using pulse transformer, the power control of the combination of PWM and PFM two ways realized by SG3525, the specific design and the process of (?)manufacture of current transformer.(?) Considering the characteristics of nonlinear time-varying of the fuzzy control (?) and the simplicity of the PID control, we use the combination of the fuzzy control strategy and the PID control, and combine with the control power way of PWM and PFM,we (?) a new kind of control mode. As the basis, we analyz the software control of each (?)ommercial induction cooker in detail.4、Through to the hardware design and software design of commercial induction cooker,we product a model machine.According the design requirements to debug the (?) machine, and analyze respectively the test waveforms of each part of the circuit.(?)The waveform test and experiment results show that the output power efficiency of (?)ercial induction cooker in this paper is over95%, the speed of the power regulation (?), the output power is20kw, the high accuracy and fast speed of the detection of pot, and the sensitivity of fault alarm is high, so it can reduce the electromagnetic pollution and power waste, and comply with the policy guidance of energy conservation and emission (?)oduction.
