The information of surface velocity and flow direction of waterway represents the condition of waterway.It has a large amount of observation data and strict rules on graphics.It is an important content in hydrological survey of waterway and an important basis for waterway regulation design and maintenance.It has a decisive position and role in the safety construction of river water transportation in China.With the development of the economy,the construction of ports,docks and bridges is increasing,the number of navigational demonstration projects is increasing,and the task of channel mapping and data updating is becoming more and more arduous.Therefore,it brings new requirements to the high quality and efficiency of the navigation maintenance measurement,and it is urgent to change the original manual and multi-software alternate operation mode.How to reduce the manual intervention,improve the accuracy of data processing,the rapidity of mapping,improve work efficiency,meet the high quality and high efficiency requirements of the flow rate measurement of the channel,has become an important issue for the navigation survey management department.This thesis aims at the actual requirement of the channel surveying and mapping department to generate the flow velocity and direction chart based on the field survey data,analyzes the data quality control and automatic framing method in the mapping processing work,studies the automatic mapping technology,and develops the automatic mapping system of surface flow velocity and direction based on.NET and CAD to realize automatic processing of channel measurement data.The main work of this thesis is as follows:(1)In-depth analysis of the measurement characteristics of the original measurement data,for the original measurement data error problem,based on the discrete data curve fitting method,the false measurement data elimination algorithm is proposed,the measurement data is cleaned to ensure the quality of the channel flow rate data.(2)Aiming at the problems of low efficiency and poor quality of existing flow velocity measurement mapping work,the automatic mapping technology of velocity flow measurement data is proposed to reduce manual intervention,making flow velocity flow measurement measurement faster and more accurate;and based on mapping The rule proposes an automatic framing algorithm to realize the automatic framing processing of the map,which solves the problem that the current flow rate measurement and mapping need to be manually divided into graphs.(3)According to the construction requirements of the “Digital Channel” maintenance measurement service,a data processing mapping and display system based on the.Net platform is constructed to realize automatic processing,direct mapping and visual management of the navigation field measurement data,so that the navigation maintenance measurement work is more accurate.Efficient.The system starts from the improvement of the operation efficiency of the channel maintenance surveyor,and designs and develops the flow rate flow automatic mapping system.The application test shows that the system can improve the work efficiency of the staff and improve the quality of the surveying and mapping.
