The brake disc is one of the important components of the brake system of the car.Its quality is related to the braking performance and brake safety of the whole vehicle.One of the important indicators for determining the quality of the brake disc is whether its balance accuracy can meet the requirements.The balance accuracy of the brake disc seriously affects the driving safety,service life and personal safety of the vehicle.The detection and correction of disc-type workpieces such as brake discs is mainly done by a balancing machine.The detection and calibration processes of the traditional balancing machine are separated from each other,and the de-duplication operation needs to be manually performed during the correction operation.This kind of processing method not only has poor precision,large error,but also has very low production efficiency,can not meet the industrial modernization and digital production requirements,and can not meet the requirements of social mass production and high efficiency operation.Therefore,it is of great significance and value to develop a brake disc balancing machine with high degree of automation,high detection and correction efficiency and high precision.In-depth analysis of the research status of balance machines at home and abroad,combined with the theory of balance,based on the design criteria of dynamic balancing machine equipment and brake disc detection and correction requirements,the overall structural design of the brake disc vertical balancing machine is designed.At the same time,combined with the working process of the dynamic balancing machine,the mechanical structure is modularized and its main structure is modeled by SolidWorks 3D software.Finally,the overall virtual assembly model of the balancing machine is completed.In order to verify whether the structure of the designed balance machine can meet the strength and reliability requirements,firstly,the static analysis and modal analysis of the key structures such as the vibration system,the box and the column are carried out on the ANSYS Workbench finite element analysis software platform.Subsequently,its control system was designed,including hardware and software.Finally,the assembly and commissioning of the actual prototype of the brake disc vertical dynamic balance machine is completed,and the test analysis of two important detection indexes such as the minimum reachable residual unbalance and the unbalanced reduction rate is completed.It is verified that the designed balancing machine can meet the processing design requirements of brake discdetection and correction.Through the combination of theory and practice,this paper designs and develops a brake disc vertical dynamic balancing machine that combines the advantages of high precision,high stability,high efficiency,and friendly human-machine interaction.It provides a reference for the design and research of the same type of disk rotor dynamic balancing machine.
