Rotor accessory balancing is one of the basic working procedures. To satisfy the actual electromotor manufacturing requirement of volume-produce, high accuracy, low cost, etc., this thesis comprehensively considered relative merits of diversiform balancing machines of different automatic level at home and abroad, and developed one double working-position type of automated dynamic balancing, which applies to micro-midi electric machine rotor's V-milling balance correction.To assure system accuracy, the writer focuses on the accuracy analysis of balancing correction system and proposition of resolution methods, founded on the accuracy control of balance measurement system which has been discussed in numerous literatures.Firstly, relative importance and control difficulties of various factors which impact on correction accuracy are analyzed in detail. The work reaches results that depth dispersion of side-cut and chamfered corner length tolerance of milling cutter tool nose are the main factors, as well as phase error and place deviation of correction plane.Subsequently, the author introduces Robust Total Least Square method suppressing the noise of in-out signals to achieve the reliable observational data figure and forecast, and nonlinear programming to optimize the decomposition strategy of correction which locates the minimum of correcting efficiency or correction error. Besides, bearing structure improvement, fine selection of milling dosage, etc. is done. All above presents a theoretical consult to structure design and accuracy optimization of similar lathe.The end summarized full-text work, listed remnant technology issues that is not discussed and should be resolved in urgent need, and posed some personal perspective of the future development about automated balancing machine.
