Analysis And Research On The Hall Space Of Traditional Residential Buildings

As the core of a family,the hall of a dwelling plays an important role in the construction of Chinese dwellings,which mainly reflects traditional architectural culture and folk culture.Hebei dwellings,as an important part of the northern dwellings,are influenced by Shanxi and Beijing.Combined with the local customs,folk culture,history and culture,these influence factors form a unique residential dwelling in Hebei.Starting from the spatial form of the hall,this paper takes the hall of Hebei regional dwellings as an example and studies the spatial layout of the hall on the basis of the axial symmetry;It divides the space based on the flexible and open separation method;Based on the furniture displays,the space of the hall is interpreted,so as to explore the humanistic connotation behind its form: the moral ethics based on order,the aesthetics based on the concept of neutrality and the psychological mechanism,and the utilitarian view of pursuing practical functions and pursuing a better life.People integrate these ideas into the hall space by means of dealing with the space of the hall,thus forming a unique spatial connotation of the hall,which is the individuals’ impact on the space of the hall.On the other hand,space regulates human behavior in the form of metaphor through the spirit of materialization,and affects the daily behavioral interactions among people.Therefore,interactive relationship between people and the hall is established.With the change in people’s residential needs and behaviors,the hall is gradually developed into the living room in a modern house.However,the hall still has an important enlightenment function for the modern living space on the space design and the family culture.The main body of this paper can be divided into four parts.The first part is an overview of the distribution and hall culture of Hebei dwellings,which provides preparation for the study of the hall space of Hebei dwellings in the next part.The second part mainly focuses on the creation of the hall space form,and studies the humanistic connotation behind it through the form.The third part further analyzes the internal connotation of the space given by the people,and uses this as a starting point to explore the interaction between people and the hall,and further explore the contemporary changes and enlightenment function of the hall space as the housing needs change.Through research and analysis,the fourth part draws the following conclusions: First,the spatial layout,division,and deduction of these spatial processing design methods follow the laws of unityand diversity such as harmony and unity,balance and stability,order and change.Second,the hall space form is on the basis of the spatial function.Third,the impact of culture on people is sustainable.
