| Under the influence of beautiful countryside construction,rural landscape promotion action is in full swing in Hebei Province,renovation of existing rural dwellings is one of an important task.Therefore,this article aims to explore a set of renovation strategies which is appropriate for local rural environment,economic level,social culture and so on in central Hebei region,hoping to provide some discussing recommendations for local renovation work.Firstly,this article generally discussed the background,scope,content,methods,purpose and significance,status quo,etc;Next,this part expounds the concept of appropriate renovation,extracts the basic principles should be followed in the process of renovation,and analyzes three successful practice cases in other regions,thus providing theoretical guidance for the following renovation strategies;Then,there is a preliminary overview of the natural,economic and socio-cultural environment related to the basic principles of appropriate renovation.And,with mastering a lot of first-hand research information,it would help to fully understand the problems of local rural dwellings and renovation needs of farmers.Consequently,this article put forward the corresponding reform strategies for the main problems of the local existing dwellings on the basis of following basic principles;Last,this article aims to verify the actual effect of some of the strategies proposed by way of questionnaires,field testing,and software simulation,to prove its feasibility. |
