The Research Of Laiyuan County Village Planning Under Rural Tourism Guidance

With the advancement of urban and rural development,the acceleration of urbanization and the proposal of rural revitalization strategy,the development of rural areas in Laiyuan County has received extensive attention and research.Rural tourism can take advantages of rural resources,realize the coordinated development of ecological economy,highlight the charm of local culture,and become the first choice for the development of villages with beautiful natural landscape,rich folk culture and good industrial foundation.In order to achieve balanced development of the village industry,shape a good ecological landscape,and inherit the local culture,the paper will combine rural tourism and village planning to provide a new way to solve the village development problems.Taking Laiyuan County as the research area,the ideas and strategies of village planning under the direction of rural tourism are put forward,and the village planning system and construction mode are summarized to provide reference to other similarities,owing to the analysis of the elements of rural tourism development and the status quo of village development under the background of tourism.The research methods used in this paper are literature review method,field research method,comprehensive research method and inductive deduction method.Through extensive reading of relevant literatures,this paper summarizes and analyzes the status quo of theoretical research at home and abroad,finds that the potential research on village planning under the guidance of rural tourism still needs to be deepened,and clarifies the research direction.Learning from the previous theoretical research experience,this paper will sort out the factors affecting the development of rural tourism.Combining the actual case and the thinking in the field research,this paper sums up the current situation of village development,problem-oriented methods,comprehensive use of multi-disciplinary knowledge and multiple perspectives,and considers the development of rural tourism to village production,life,ecology and culture completely.Additionally,this paper puts forward the ideas of village planning,trying to solve the problems of village land use inefficiency,industrial structure imbalance,ecological environment destruction,local culture decline and so on.The focus of this paper is on the clarity of village planning ideas and the formulation of planning strategies.Through reviewing the literature,it is concluded that the development of rural tourism is affected by factors such as location transportation,product service,development and marketing.On this basis,village planning is carried out,according to the combination of tourism image planning,project optimization,product service and quality improvement,the village planning,village layout,industrial development.Based on the different resources of the village,in addition,the village is divided into three types: scenic area support,folk culture support and characteristic industry.Then the common problems of the village are summarized,and the universal applicability of the research results is guaranteed.Through research,the strategies and methods of village planning under rural tourism guidance are obtained.When planning and designing villages,planners should fully consider the spatial layout elements and rationally choose the spatial layout mode;industrial development should be based on agriculture and play a tourism-driven effect;ecological protection should focus on the foundation of maintenance and build a village landscape system;cultural inheritance should focus on creating display space and building a cultural experience network.In addition,it should also combine the needs of rural tourism development,improve the village road system,plan tourism routes,ensure the rationalization of village service facilities and the flexibility of municipal facilities;strengthen the classification and rectification of traditional buildings and the construction of new buildings.Finally,the theory will be applied to practice.Taking Baishishan Village in Laiyuan County as an example,the proposed planning strategies and methods are verified by practice,which proves its feasibility and provides certain experience for village planning and construction.
