Research On Application Of Cold-formed Steel Composite Floor On The Renovation Of Traditional Dwellings

In recent years,the country has vigorously promoted pre-fabricated buildings and light steel buildings,Yunnan Province is also gradually calling for the promotion of pre-fabricated light steel for construct dwellings.In the context of the protection of traditional dwellings and the display of traditional architectural culture,traditional dwellings have been gradually upgraded and renewed to homestays,bars,teahouse,etc.The traditional dwellings' floor materials are basically wood,bamboo and soil,which have long service life and low bearing capacity;the configuration of floor is simple,not waterproof,and the sound insulation and isolation performance is poor;the addition of new function brings the increase of load,the original floor's security is not guaranteed.In view of the insufficient bearing capacity and simple configuration of the floor,it is proposed to replace original floor with cold-formed steel composite floor(a kind of prefabricated light steel floor),as a means of residential transformation and renovationThis thesis combs and studies the constructions and drawbacks of the original floor of three selected Yunnan traditional dwellings,and related construction research of the cold-formed steel composite floor,to clarify the research objects and problems.Through the study of the changes of the three traditional dwellings into the homestay before and after to explain the inevitability of the replacement.The traditional dwellings' floor was demolished by computer simulation,and display the general construction steps of the addition of three selected traditional dwellings to cold-formed steel composite floor.Then combing the various node connection construction problems encountered in the step modeling diagram,and then use the 3D diagram to show the node connection processing.Finally,the two-dimensional graph is used to express the structural level of the cold-formed steel composite floor,such as how to waterproof,how to isolate noise and vibration,how to optimize and arrange the pipeline by utilizing the characteristics of the cold-formed thin-walled steel girder webThe research shows that the method of replacing traditional floor with cold-formed steel composite floor is feasible,which not only promotes the transformation and renovation of dwellings,and has new vitality again;it also improves the carrying capacity and durability,and increases the service life.Protecting and inheriting the traditional dwellings;it can also become a pioneering means to promote prefabricated light steel assembly.
