At present,China's environmental problems are becoming more and more prominent,and the pollution caused by heating in the northern cities in winter makes the environmental problems more obvious.Electricity has characteristics of clean and efficient.Heat with electricity has been applied in few areas,such as heat pump,heating cable and the electrothermal.Electric heating although has certain advantages and can solve the problem of environmental pollution,the overall point of view,due to some reasons,such as its economy by electric heating,at present has not been a wide range of promotion.The evaluation of heating system can make us more clearly understand the advantages and characteristics of various heating modes in different aspects.In view of the existing problems that exist in the heating system evaluation,a comprehensive heating system with multiple dimensions is built and the quantification and calculation method of each index is proposed.Analyzing the shortage of the existing evaluation methods,a combined weight method based on analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and principal component analysis(PCA)was proposed and the simulations verify the effectiveness of the method proposed.Finally,the sensitivity analysis of the evaluation results is carried out,and various indicators and weight factors that influence the change of the evaluation result are found out and some measures and suggestions to reduce the gap between the two schemes are given,which has certain guiding significance for the future state policy on energy price.
