In recent years,the construction projects of hydropower projects in China have achieved unprecedented development.The successful implementation of a large number of hydropower project projects has made important contributions to safeguarding national energy safety,the promotion of national economic development and the prosperity of regional economy.Due to the environment and characteristics of hydropower projects,accidents occur frequently in the construction process,and the overall work safety situation of hydropower construction projects is grnm.In order to improve the emergency management ability of the relevant departments of hydropower project construction,combined with big data,cloud computing,Internet plus background,the integrated service platform of safety and emergency'management is constructed.To achieve emergency linkage and coordination,emergency efficiency and emergency response will be significantly improved.Based on the combination of literature reading and field research,this paper made a preliminary study on emergency management of hydropower project by comprehensively using theories,knowledge and methods of emergency management,system science,safety science,cloud platform constrmction and otFher related disciplines.First of all,based on the working environment and construction characteristics of'hydropower projects,the characteristics of unexpected events in hydropower projects are summarized.This paper clarifies the importance of the emergency management construction of hydropower project,and abstracts the operation flow,influencing factors and construction content of the emergency management of hydropower project.Secondly,taking the construction of the hydropower project as the research object,the risks and hidden dangers in the process of the engineering construction are analyzecd,and the grades are divided.The risk management process is determined according to the actual situation of the site,and the emergency service content is formulated;Finally,based on the "Internet plus" concept of thinking,a comprehensive service platform for safety and emergency management is built using advanced technologies such as big data technology,3D geographic information technology,mobile internet technology,internet of things technology,and cloud computing technology.It was applied to the construction process of the hydropower project to verify the rationality and effectiveness of the platform.
